Your Yearly Audit + Re-Alignment for 2025
As we stand at the beginning of a new year, it’s the perfect moment to reflect, realign, and set intentions for the road ahead. That’s why I’ve created the FREE Yearly Audit & Re-Alignment Worksheet to help you pause, take stock, and design your life with clarity and purpose. Inspired by Mel Robbins’ recent Podcast Episode: How to make the New Year the Best Year Yet and her new book Let Them, this practice is all about giving yourself permission to grow, change, and release what no longer serves you.
2024 Reflections: Learning from the Past Year
Pull out your phone, open your Google Calendar or iCal, and scroll through your photos from 2024. Relive the memories—the highs and the lows—and reflect on these questions:
What were the highlights of the last year?
What were the hardest moments?
What did you learn about yourself?
Through the best and toughest times, there’s always an opportunity to grow. Maybe you discovered new strengths, learned to set boundaries, or embraced resilience in ways you never thought possible. This is your chance to celebrate those wins and acknowledge the lessons.
2025 Intentions: Start, Stop, Continue
With the past as your guide, look ahead to what you want to create in 2025. Use these prompts to set clear, actionable intentions:
What do you want to STOP doing or let go of? Think about habits, beliefs, or patterns that didn’t serve you in 2024.
What do you want to START doing? List the new habits, beliefs, and experiences you’d like to invite into your life.
What do you want to CONTINUE doing? Identify what’s working well and deserves your focus.
Building Your Personal Support Crew
We all like to think we can do it alone, but the truth is—we need our people. Connection is in our DNA. This year, take a moment to acknowledge the individuals who have been your rock:
Those who cheer for you through every messy, beautiful moment.
The ones who remind you of your worth, even when you stumble.
The friends who make you feel like your raw, real, and authentic self.
Write down their names and reflect on how their presence uplifts you. Remember, this list will evolve as you grow. Some people are in your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime, and all of them have value.
Life’s Key Areas: Who’s Got Your Back?
For each area of your life, think about the support you have and how it impacts you:
Work or school: Who helps you thrive?
Parenting or family life: Who’s there to share the load?
Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health: Who’s part of your wellness team?
Financial advice: Who makes you feel safe to talk about money?
Also, consider:
People who may drain your energy.
People you’d like to check in on more often.
